You as a leader will impact teams, organization and company around you wheather you want it or not What kind of leader you are will obviously impact other leaders and the company culture. People don’t do what you tell them to do, but what you do. Therefore make sure to take a minute now and then to think about how you are as a leader, how others perceive you and how you’re impacting others.
