Being a great entrepreneur and leader is not about starting a new company, nor it's a one-man-show. It's about believing in something and then engage in the challenge. It's about finding the right people to create together with and to grow talent together with.

There are no shortcuts, only hard work - but it's so much fun and I love it!
If you succeed, if you find the right thing to believe in, if you find the right people to create together with and if you really engage, then you can become a part of something great, be part af a great piece of art, like a monument. Or as Steve Jobs would have put it "make your dent in the Universe and start not just a business, but an entirely new way of life".

Here is a great post and some examples to become inspired by. They have all found something to believe in, found the right people to work with and grown talent together. They all have built "life is great" organisations around them that believe in what they're doing rather then trying to make money. (The money is always only a sign of that you're making something great for the world)

      We all start there, with the famous Monolith Architecture. Why? Because it’s easy, it’s fast, it suits our needs just fine. Remember the first rule when distributing your systems – “Do NOT distribute your systems”, until you need it, then “Do NOT distribute your systems”, unless you really really really need it. So the Monolith is the perfect start for any start-up and can suit your need for a very long time, potentially forever.   So why bother understanding what Microservices is all about?
